Important Registration Details:

Registration discounts apply to all applications postmarked on or before September 22nd, 2017.  Rates increase for all registrations received (or postmarked) September 23rd, 2017 or after.  A $50 (on-site) fee will be charged to all registrations received on October 23rd or later.
What do I get with my registration?
There is an ARA Member/Non-member price difference so become an ARA Member and reap the rewards!  There is also a discount for each registrant from the same company after the first, so the more people you register from your company, the greater the discount.  See the enclosed registration form for price discounts and deadlines. 
Full:   All Full Program Registrants are entitled to access to all open* events and activities. In order to register as an Additional Program Registrant, there must be a paid 1st Full Program Registrant from the same company. 
Spouse:   Spouses registering other than as a Full or Additional Program Registrant should register as a Spouse Registrant.  Spouse registrants are entitled to full access to all open* events and activities at the convention, but we ask that they relinquish their seat to any Full Program Registrant at any event in which there is an overflow crowd.
 
*Some committee meetings are closed events and, thus, are restricted to committee members, staff liaison and invited guests only.  All other association-sponsored events are available to any properly badged, registered and/or ticketed delegate.
Full & Spouse: Receive access to educational sessions and meetings, the exposition, meals and breaks, Past Presidents' Reception & Exposition Opening, ARA Awards Dinner & Gavel Passing and the Wednesday and Saturday Evening Off-site Events. Registration fees DO NOT include spouse activities nor the Sunday NASCAR Race. 
Daily Event Badges:   The daily badge entitles the registrant to the educational sessions, lunches, coffee/refreshment breaks and exposition for the specific day the ticket is purchased.   
Tradeshow Only:  Tradeshow Only attendees are always welcome.  There will be a modest fee as outlined on the Registration Form.  Tradeshow Only badges are good for admission to the exposition on the specific day indicated on the badge. 
Daily Events & Tradeshow Only: These tickets DO NOT include access to the Social or Networking Events (Wednesday and Saturday evening events, the ARA Awards Dinner, Spouse activities nor the Sunday NASCAR race).  Should you wish to participate in these functions, you may purchase tickets in the Social & Networking Ticket sections. 
Children:    Children 11 and under are FREE.  12 to 18 year olds will require the applicable registration fee and are invited to enjoy all that the convention has to offer.  PLEASE NOTE:  additional fees may apply to Child Registrations for Social and Networking events (refer to the registration form for fees).

Please indicate the desired number of tickets on the Registration Form for each event.  Although some events are free, YOU MUST INDICATE YOUR PARTICIPATION to reserve/secure your spot.  Also please note:  Some tickets are time sensitive so secure your place as soon as possible as prices may increase.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing and received at the Association office by October 13th, 2017, to receive a refund.  A non-refundable $75 administrative fee will be deducted to cover the cost of processing.
