Food, Beverages, and Entertainment
  • Choose from a variety of cooked to ordered meals throughout the select food stations.
  • Open Bar and entertainment through the evening keeps everyone engaged.
 
All vendors must be invited by a Staples Merchant and register for the event.
All attendees are required to have badge to be on the floor.

Mandatory Conference Check-in

                         All attendees must come to the official Staples check-in table to receive a badge for admission to the conference.             
No one will be admitted to any session, meal, or event without a badge

What are the dates of the Staples 2019 Technology Sales Conference?

The event runs from June 10, 2019 – June 14th, 2019. Tradeshow set-up and event is on June 12, 2019

How many people attend the Staples 2019 Technology Sales Conference?

We had over 350 people attend the Technology Sales Conference last year.
What is the deadline for Exhibitor registration?

May 3, 2019

Why should my company exhibit and/or sponsor?
The Staples 2019 Technology Sales Conference gives the opportunity to partner with a diverse group of technology professionals from across the country showcasing your product in an engaging setting.
What are the set-up and tear-down times for the exhibit hall/tradeshow?
The Tradeshow set-up is Wednesday, June 12, 2019 starting at 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The Tradeshow Event is June 12 starting at 6:00 PM and goes until 9:00 PM. Tear down is at 9:00 PM.  

How do I request a different booth assignment?

Booth assignments are preassigned and made at the discretion of Staples.
How do I ship my materials to the venue?

Please ship to the address below including the requested information. All shipments may arrive no earlier than 5 days before the event.

How do I ship from the Walt Disney World Dolphin?

I already have my own shipping labels

If your packages and shipping labels are ready, please leave them in your booth. We will have a representative collect all the out bound shipping from the event space.

I need to create shipping labels

If you need to create shipping labels for your packages please visit your preferred vendor’s website to fill out your shipping information and print your labels.

If you need help visit the Business Center to create shipping labels.
