- The Hotel Kabuki San Francisco requires that all rooms be reserved with a major credit card. The special rate will also be honored three days before the conference and three days after, based on availability at the time of the reservation.

The Hotel Kabuki San Francisco does not provide a shuttle service from any of the local airports: San Francisco International Airport-SFO (14.4 miles), Oakland International Airport-OAK (21.2 miles) or San Jose International Airport-SJC (47 miles), however there are a variety of transportation options between the hotel and airport.

Images of individuals may be captured by the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) during events/activities organized and hosted by DFI using still photography, video or any other medium. DFI reserves the right to use such images on the DFI website, in Deep Foundations Magazine, in newsletters and/or other publicity material. By registering and/or participating in a DFI event/activity, the persons whose images are captured during such an event consent to the use of said images by DFI as described above.
