We are so excited your team is joining MVP in Orlando for the M'Powered Vendor Expo Hall.

Please read through the below resources as you plan your travels. 

Travel Accommodations

Please feel free to begin booking your travel for this event. Vendors will be responsible for booking their own flights.  Please see below for additional agenda and arrival/departure flight time recommendations.

Flights

We recommend flying into Orlando International Airport (MCO) 1 Jeff Fuqua Blvd, Orlando, FL 32827 .

  • Event Address: Orlando World Center Marriott
    • 8701 World Center Drive, Orlando, FL 32821 
  • Ground Transportation: Please plan to utilize Uber for your airport arrival transportation.
    • Mears Connect also provides a shuttle service from MCO to Orlando-area hotels. Make reservations online at mearsconnect.com. Estimated taxi/ride share fare: $45 USD (one way).  
  • Distance: Conference hotel is approximately 20 miles or 30 minutes from the airport. 
  • Flights Arrivals: We recommend arriving on the evening of Sunday, November 5th.
  • Flight Departures: We recommend departing on the morning of Wednesday, November 8th.

Hotels

Please feel free to begin booking your hotel accommodations for this event. Vendors will be responsible for booking their own rooms.

Vendor Agenda: 

  • Sunday, November 5th: Flight Arrivals
    • Arrival Flights: If flying, please plan to arrive to MCO on the evening of 11/5 or early morning on 11/6.  This will allow sufficient travel time to the hotel and tracking down of expo materials prior to install. 
  • Monday, November 6th: Flight Arrivals & Expo Booth Set-Up
    • MVP Vendor Expo Set-Up:
      • Time: Noon to 5pm. Specific set-up times to be provided in the vendor packet.
      • Location: Cypress 3 Expo Hall. Specific booth locations for the expo will be provided in the vendor packet.
      • Breakfast and lunch will not be provided during expo set-up. 
    • Dinner: 6:00pm – 10:00pm
      • Exhibitors are invited to join the November 6th dinner with all M’Powered event attendees. The dinner and onsite activity night will take place at the Orlando World Center Marriott.
  • Tuesday, November 7th: MVP Vendor Expo Hall and Continued Education
    • MVP Vendor Expo Hall: 8:00 am – 6:00pm
      • Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
    • Vendor Happy Hour (In Expo Hall): 5:00pm – 7:00pm
      • Drinks and light apps will be provided.
      • Dinner will not be provided.
    • Booth Tear-Down: 7:00pm – 10:00pm
      • Booth tear-down will take place directly following the Vendor Happy Hour. All booths must be loaded out of the expo-space by 11pm on November 7th. 
  • Wednesday, November 8th: Departures 
    • Departure Flights: Please plan to depart from MCO any time on Wednesday, 5/8.
