Click – The Exhibitor Mobile App Photo Scavenger Hunt
For $100, exhibiting companies may participate in the Click Game Photo Scavenger Hunt. Attendees will be encouraged to visit all exhibitors in the game and entered in a drawing to win a cash prize. 24 exhibitors (including the Diamond, Platinum and Gold Sponsors) will have their booth number appear in the challenge/question pertaining to their company. Reserve your participation with your exhibit booth when registering online for the conference. To add this feature to your existing exhibitor registration, use your confirmation email to modify your registration.
- Exhibiting companies must consent to the terms in DFI’s Exhibit Space Contract. When you register online, consent is requested before your registration is considered complete. To preview a copy of the Contract, click here.
- Freeman will only move freight during posted show hours. Show hours appear on this website and in the Exhibit Space Contract. Exhibitors are expected to set-up and break-down according to this schedule. A fee of $500.00 will be billed to exhibiting companies that set-up late or break-down early. We appreciate your willingness to adhere to these guidelines.
- Exhibitors who ship their booth materials directly to the Hilton Chicago may experience delays in retrieving their shipments via FedEx Office. View FedEx policies and pricing here. These Exhibitors are also asked to make their own arrangements to store shipping cases and other material (at the booth or in their hotel room). Neither the Hilton Chicago or DFI will be able to accommodate exhibitor storage.

Member companies are welcome to advertise in the printed and online Conference Program & Schedule. Exhibitor ads are discounted at $150 per half-page. Companies unable to exhibit at the conference pay $250 per half-page. You can view the specifications here. Already registered?
