The Exhibit Services Kit you receive in the spring will include ordering details and pricing. Plan to place your order when you receive the kit, as late and on-site ordering fees will apply.

- Exhibiting companies must consent to the terms in DFI’s Exhibit Space Contract. When you register online, consent is requested before your registration is considered complete. To preview a copy of the Contract, click here.
- DFI reserves the right to adjust booth locations based on program changes.
- Freeman will only move freight during posted show hours. Show hours appear on this website and in the Exhibit Space Contract. Exhibitors are expected to set-up and break-down according to this schedule. A fee of $500.00 will be billed to exhibiting companies that set-up late or break-down early. We appreciate your willingness to adhere to these guidelines.
- From time to time, smaller companies may want to ship their booth materials directly to the hotel. Please know that sending materials directly to the Gaylord National Resort may have you experience delays in retrieving your shipment. Click here for information from FedEx Office for details about sending packages directly to the hotel. These Exhibitors are also asked to make their own arrangements to store shipping cases and other material (at the booth or in their hotel room). Neither the Gaylord National Resort or DFI will be able to accommodate exhibitor storage.

For $150, 10 exhibiting companies can be part of the Click Game Photo Scavenger Hunt in the Conference Mobile App. Attendees will be encouraged to visit all exhibitors in the game, including Diamond, Platinum and Gold sponsors, and entered in a drawing to win a cash prize. Their booth numbers will appear in the challenge/question pertaining to their company.
