We are excited to be getting back together in-person in Philadelphia. At the same time, we will be using the technology we mastered in hosting DFI45 as an online conference to make SuperPile ‘21 accessible to a remote audience worldwide.

Images of individuals may be captured by the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) during events/activities organized and hosted by DFI using still photography, video or any other medium. DFI reserves the right to use such images on the DFI website, in Deep Foundations Magazine, in newsletters and/or other publicity material. By registering and/or participating in a DFI event/activity, the persons whose images are captured during such an event consent to the use of said images by DFI as described above.

In the event Group will be shipping packages to Hotel, Group must notify Hotel at least one week in advance. All packages sent to Hotel must include the name of Group, date of program and number of items. Shipment should arrive no earlier than three (3) days prior to event. Hotel has no liability for the delivery, security or condition of the packages. 72 hour storage maximum, pre- and post-convention. Please click here to access the hotel incoming shipment form. Electric
Electric is not included with your booth and must be ordered separately through the Encore Services at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown. Click here to download the form and order electric. Orders placed by June 11th will receive the advanced rate.
Show dates are June 24 and June 25, so only two days of electric are necessary if you choose to order. Set-Up day is June 23.
On-Site Exhibitor Storage. Exhibitors hand-carrying exhibit materials should be prepared to store their cases and containers within their exhibit space. Paramount will store the items of exhibitors using their services.
Exhibit Space Locations. DFI reserves the right to adjust exhibit space locations based on program changes.
