In its 13th year, this conference serves as an opportunity for deep foundation professionals to demonstrate their leadership in the deep foundations industry. Electric
Electric is not included with your booth and must be ordered separately through the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark. Basic service is $25 per day plus service charges and tax.
Show dates are June 4 and June 5, so only two days of electric are required. Set-Up day is June 3.
To order electric, or other services, from the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, download and complete this form and email it to tmelton@lhmchotels.com. Do not send forms to DFI. Doing so will not guarantee a timely submitted order.
Exhibit Hall Only Day Pass
(This type of registration only gives you access to exhibit hall, breakfast and breaks. It does not include the lunches or the Welcome Reception)
Company Information. To ensure your company contact information appears correctly in conference promotional materials, please enter it carefully when you register for your exhibit space. If you prefer information that varies from the exhibitor registration information, email the details to events@df.org. Include company name, complete address with county, company phone number, website address and company contact person with email address.
Shipping Exhibitor Materials. Paramount Convention Services, Inc., is the contracted exhibit service company for this show. Exhibitors may use Paramount for inbound and outbound exhibit material shipments or ship directly to the Hilton no more than 5 days prior to the event. Paramount Exhibit Service Kit coming soon.
Exhibit Service Contract. Registered Exhibitors must have a DFI Exhibit Space Agreement on file. Check the agreement box in the registration path to agree to DFI’s terms. View a copy here.
Exhibitor Set-Up/Break-Down. Exhibitors are expected to set-up and break-down at posted times. A fee of $250.00 will be billed to companies for late set-up or early break-down.
On-Site Exhibitor Storage. Exhibitors hand-carrying exhibit materials should be prepared to store their cases and containers within their exhibit space. Paramount will store the items of exhibitors using their services.
Exhibit Space Locations. DFI reserves the right to adjust exhibit space locations based on program changes.

By registering and/or participating in a DFI event/activity, the persons whose images are captured during such an event consent to the use of said images by DFI as described above.
