The cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received 72-hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to one night’s room rate and applicable taxes.

Need to cancel a reservation? Please contact Lorraine directly. She will assist you with your cancelation and ensure your accommodations are offered to another SuperPile ’19 attendee.

An Early Departure Fee of $75.00 will apply if a guest must check-out prior to the confirmed check-out date. Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
