Registration Policies
Cancellation Policy
Early Bird registration and full refunds are available through November 30, 2026. Any cancellation requests received after November 30, 2026, and through January 8, 2027, will result in a refund of the conference fee minus a $250 administrative fee. To receive a refund, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing to events@financialservices.org by the stated cancellation deadline. No refunds will be granted for requests received after January 8, 2027. The Financial Services Institute (FSI) regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Substitution Policy
A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to events@financialservices.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied with proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with the registration and substitution. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.

Paid guests may attend these two receptions only. Guests are not permitted to attend any other conference sessions or events.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration for or participation in FSI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant/attendee to the use and distribution of the individual's image and/or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by FSI and other third parties.

If you register online, you will receive an electronic confirmation of your registration from events@financialservices.org. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please first check the “Junk” or “Spam” folders of your email and then contact events@financialservices.org if further assistance is required.
What is the Event Cancellation Policy?
FSI reserves the right to cancel an event due to any circumstances that, in FSI's sole judgment, make the event non-viable. If FSI cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, FSI has the right to either issue full refunds or transfer registrations to the same event at the new, future date. Aside from the registration fee, FSI will not be responsible for reimbursement of any participant expenses related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.
Program Content Disclaimer
