When should I arrive and depart for the SEWP VI Contract Holder Kickoff Meeting?

Badge pick-up and registration will be available Sunday, Nov 1^st from 1:00pm – 5:00pm. The meeting will begin on Monday, Nov 2^nd at 9:00am.  The meeting will conclude at 11:45am on Wednesday, Nov 4^th.

When can I pick up my registration badge?

Badge pick-up and registration will be available November 1^st from 1:00pm (EST) to 5:00pm (EST) and November 2^nd from 7:30 AM (EST) to 9:00 AM (EST).

Are meals included?

Continental Breakfast and coffee and beverage service are provided Monday through Wednesday. Guests are on own for lunch from 12:30 – 2:00pm. There are many dining options within walking distance of the Convention Center.

What is the attire for the meeting?

Business or business casual attire. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

Is there a virtual element to this meeting?

This is an in-person meeting only.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Audio recordings will be provided after the meeting.

How many people from my company can attend?

Contract Holders (CH) are required to have one representative per awarded company, but 2 may register. Please register NO more than 2 people from the awarded company. Please coordinate with your colleagues to determine your company’s attendees before completing registration. Registrations exceeding the two-person limit will be declined.

Are there any restrictions to gain entry to the meeting?

Only registered persons wearing name badge credentials may enter the meeting. No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the meeting space at any time.

What is the policy for Photography/Videography/Audio recording?

All recordings are prohibited.
