The SEWP VI Contract Holder Kickoff Meeting will be held Monday, November 2, 2026 - Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at the Kentucky International Convention Center.
During the Kickoff Meeting, Contract Holders will be introduced to key departments responsible for managing and supporting the SEWP Program Management Office (PMO). This meeting will also provide a detailed overview of contract requirements, including reporting obligations, performance expectations, timeliness, and applicable policies or regulations. Contract Holders will learn about the administrative and operational processes necessary to remain in compliance throughout the life of the contract. By the end of the meeting, Contract Holders will have a clearer understanding of the SEWP PMO structure, available resources/tools, and the responsibilities associated with their contract.

After you complete registration, you will receive access to the hotel room booking portal in your registration confirmation email. We have secured highly discounted hotel rooms at a group rate, closest to the Convention Center for our guests. It is imperative that you use the resources provided for sleeping rooms. The deadline to reserve a room at the group rate is October 5th.
Contract Holders (CH) are required to have one representative per awarded company, but 2 may register. Please register NO more than 2 people from the awarded company. Additional attendees will be declined. This meeting is in-person only; there is no virtual option.
