All rates are in US dollars and inclusive of 5% VAT fee. U.A.E. residents/businesses must pay VAT.

Cancellations must be made in writing by mail, email or fax. No refunds are allowed. However, you may transfer your registration to another delegate.  Special circumstances will be considered.
