An expert HR and organizational development professional, Gloria has over 30 years of experience working with corporate, non-profit, union, non-union and government entities. She is committed to helping individuals, teams and organizations create and sustain environments where all people can be and do their best.

As a consultant and leader in the Corporate arena, Gloria says, “working with people is like being in an orchestral choir. Sometimes there is great harmony. Sometimes there are loud clashes and at others soft swells. It’s all part of the mystery and beauty of discord and harmony; all an interactive, interdependent synergy and symmetry.

She is also a published author of leadership books as well as books of self-discovery and self-actualization and a vocal performing artist, having sung opera, jazz and gospel nationally and internationally.

Gloria graduated from Loyola University Chicago where she received a B.S. in psychology. She is active in her community, working with city leaders and organizations, e.g., the Double E Program for at-risk students working toward their GED and the Erie Neighborhood House of Chicago.

Leading a portfolio of home and community-based services, Ravi Dahiya returned to YAI in 2016 after a decade of work at Innovative Resources for Independence, where he served as Associate Executive Director for Program Operations and Quality Improvement. Ravi’s career in intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) support began when he became a Direct Support Professional while completing college. Since then, he has acquired more than 25 years of increasingly senior experience managing every kind of I/DD support. in his current role, he helps lead the strategic direction of YAI and oversees key strategic initiatives, including new business, growth opportunities, and data innovation. He also pursues opportunities for YAI to share its expertise with providers and governments in other states and internationally.

Ravi sits on the Foundation Board of the American Network of Community Options and Resources (ANCOR), which awarded him the Suellen Galbraith Award for Excellence in Public Policy. He also sits on the board of the New Jersey Association of Community Providers (NJACP) and is a former Board member of NY Alliance. Ravi holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from CUNY and routinely presents on the topic of integrating technologies and supports to allow for greater community participation for people with I/DD.

Lydia Dawson is ANCOR’s Vice President of Government Relations. She formerly served as the executive director for the Maine Association for Community Service Providers and the Idaho Association of Community Providers, representing agencies supporting individuals with behavioral health and developmental disabilities. Prior to her work as a state association executive, Lydia served as a staff attorney with Maine’s protection and advocacy agency, representing individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Lydia obtained her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law with a concentration in public interest and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maine.

Daniel M. Ferman is a neurodivergent (ADHD) board certified and licensed behavior analyst in Connecticut and Maryland. He is the Regional Director of Clinical Services for Aspire Living & Learning, a non-profit service organization that provides comprehensive services to neurodiverse individuals. In his role, he oversees the clinical mission for adult services in Connecticut and Maryland.

Daniel is an avid advocate of the scientist practitioner model and strives to ensure clinical excellence within his teams with a focus on person-centered care and practice. He has been published in The Analysis of Verbal Behavior, Behavior Analysis in Practice, and has contributed to work covering social justice in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Mike is the Chief Legal Officer at Mosaic, where he is a key member of the executive leadership team. Mike leads a multi-state/multi-function department, providing oversight for the Legal, Compliance and Risk, External Affairs, and Strategic Alignment functions.

Before joining Mosaic, Mike was Senior Corporate Counsel at a major health insurance carrier, where he played instrumental roles in several transformative programs, such as implementation of the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, and the Affordable Care Act; as well as leading the organization’s strategic alignment function. At the core of Mike’s work is a commitment to leveraging legal and strategic foresight to create sustainable, long-term value for stakeholders.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana Tech University (Ruston, LA) and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law (Omaha, NE).

An Army Airborne Ranger, Mr. McKelvy served a combat tour in Afghanistan. He later led partnerships at Meta and earned a master’s in public administration from Harvard University.

In addition to leading K. Ventures, he organizes the Lion Forum, a convening of the best and the brightest innovators, investors, and policymakers at the Kennedy Compound, dedicated to shaping the next American century.

Jennifer Riha, MAC, LSS-GB, Chief Strategy Officer for Boundless, based in Worthington, Ohio, is a long-time health and human services executive with experience leading behavioral health organizations, including intellectual and developmental disability and autism support services, clinical treatment and recovery services, technology and innovation, and business operations. She has served as a national technical assistance provider and is a frequent public speaker across the country in the field of Behavioral Health. Jennifer is also a Certified Futurist, focusing on the future of health and human services in a rapidly changing world. She is a passionate advocate for innovation, quality, and equity in access to care for all people and serves on many state and national taskforces and workgroups as part of her advocacy. Jennifer excels in thinking big and executing strategies that move organizations and people forward to achieve their greatest heights.

Rich Rinaldi serves as managing director, Business Development and Strategic Growth, supporting internal administrative excellence, as well as our external Devereux Partners and Devereux Solutions offerings.

Rinaldi supports Devereux’s growth efforts by partnering with leaders across the organization
to support emerging partnership and consulting opportunities and foster innovation across the field of behavioral health.

Rinaldi joined Devereux in 2015 and, since that time, has served in roles of increasing responsibility. In 2021, he assumed full oversight of: 1) the Project Management Office 2), New Business Development, 3) Procurement and 4) the national executive administrative assistant team. In 2025, Rinaldi was promoted to his current role of managing director for Devereux Partners and Devereux Solutions.

Rinaldi has earned the following degrees: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in not-for-profit-management from Chaminade University in Honolulu. He holds the following professional certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Professional – ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) and Certified Scrum Professional – Product Owner (CSP-PO).

In addition to his work at Devereux, Rinaldi is an adjunct professor at Wake Forest University and Villanova University, where he instructs students in the area of project management. Previously, he served as an adjunct professor at Harcum College and was a member of the Leadership Main Line Class of 2020. He received the Philadelphia Admin Awards “Leadership Award” in 2023. Rinaldi serves as treasurer for the Project Management Institute (PMI) – Delaware Valley Chapter, an advisory board member of group purchasing organization Vizient’s Long Term / Home Health Care advisory council, and as a board member for his local library in Narberth, Pennsylvania.
