Booth Rental Fee Include:
We have included a few new value-add features this year at no additional cost!
- Standard 10’ x 10’ show booth
- Attendee list post-Expo
- Ability to unload your own materials (this does not include large displays or freight shipped by common carriers)
- Electricity is included in the booth rental fee. A 120-volt, 15 amp, 1500 watt quad box electrical service will be included for each 10’ by 10’ booth. Additional or upgraded electrical service will be available directly through the Valley Forge Casino Resort, if arranged in advance.

- 6’ skirted table, two folding chairs, booth carpet and one company sign
- Uniform booth background and dividers consisting of an 8’ high curtain back wall, 3’ high matching dividers and aluminum uprights

Exhibitor Details:
To secure your booth (s), a $250 nonrefundable deposit per booth will be required to hold your space. Payment is due in full by July 31, 2019. If payment is not submitted in full by this date, space will be released, and the deposit (s) will be forfeited.

Monday, October 21 Exhibitor Move-In 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, October 22 Exhibitor Move-In 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Tuesday. October 22 Exhibit Hall Open 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 23 Exhibit Hall Open 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 23 Exhibitor Move-Out 5:00 p.m.
Exhibits must be ready by 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 22 and remain intact until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23. Dismantling will begin immediately at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. If an exhibitor dismantles prior to the announced show end, they will not be invited back to future Expos. Exhibit hall must be cleared by 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23.
Exhibitor Branding Enhancements:
Exhibitors have exclusive access to upgrading their brand exposure via one of the opportunities below. Prices range from $250 - $6,500 offering something for every budget. Please note these will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Education Suite
We have created a show-floor education suite for exhibiting manufacturers to use in educating current and prospective customers about their products. Space is limited and available in either 2.5 hour time slots or for a whole day.
Whole Day Suite (2 available): $6,500 **if one is sold, then only 4 partial day suites are available; if both are sold then no partial days are available.**
Partial Day Suite (8 available): $3,750
Included in the Whole Day Suite:
- 47’ x 120’ carpeted space with plexiglass walls and seating in format desired by manufacturer
- Two exhibit booths (value of $3,500)
- Suite audiovisual (screen, projector, podium with mic, one lavalier mic, floor mic, basic internet)
- Pre-event marketing and promotions in both print and digital formats
- Three event app push notifications for specific events as desired by manufacturer ($885 value)
- Preshow dedicated eblast ($395 value)
- Digital monitor advertisement ($500 value)
- Digital floor plan enhancement ($250 value)
- Ability to put promotional item in registration tote bag (promotional item to be supplied by manufacturer)
- All offerings included the booth rental

Onsite Exhibit Hall Map – $1,500
A floor map and exhibitor listing will be printed and stuffed into all registration tote bags. We’ll add your company’s logo as a sponsor for the production of the map.
Event App Sponsor – $2,500 (1 available)
Your brand in the palm of everyone’s hand! Your company’s logo will be at the top of the homepage of the app, in addition to the Expo Website and download directions.
Lanyards – $3,500 (Sold Out)
Have your company logo visible on all attendees!
Registration Tote Bags – $5,000 (1 available)
Your company logo on event tote bags is basically a walking advertisement!
Advertising
Electric Expo App
The Electric Expo App will be available to all show attendees, providing some great branding and announcement opportunities delivered right in the palm of attendees’ hands.
- Digital Floor Plan – $250: add your company logo to your booth listing and company profile to enhance branding (one logo per booth).
- Push Notification – $295: used to announce a special giveaway or demonstration at your booth.
Registration Website Banner Advertisement – $1,000
Promote your brand during the attendee registration process through a banner ad on the top of the registration website.
Digital Monitor Advertisement – $500
Your logo or simple advertisement broadcast on 20 monitors all over the show floor for two days.
Preshow Dedicated Eblast – $395 (8 available)
Get attendees excited about visiting your booth prior to the show by purchasing a dedicated eblast. Your eblast will be sent to all registered attendees within the four weeks preceding the Expo.
