Exhibit Space Agreement

Registered Exhibitors will be required to consent to the DFI-PFSF Exhibit Space Agreement that appears in the registration path. A copy of the agreement is also available here.

What Does the Exhibit Space Include?

Exhibit packages include the following items in each space:

  • One Full Conference Delegate Registration
  • One 2.5m wide x 2m deep Exhibit Space
  • White Melamine Wall Panels
  • Fascia Sign with Company Name and Booth Number

Exhibitor Service Kit

Our Exhibit Services company is Exponet. A link to their catalog is available here. A link and log in information were also emailed to each exhibitor by Exponet.

Complimentary WiFi is available through ICC. The network is ICC Syndey Public Wi-Fi. No password is required. If you require dedicated hard wired internet to your exhibit space, please complete the Internet Services Order Form no later than 14 days prior to the move in date.

Exhibitor Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics
