Welcome Reception - $4,000
Help launch the conference with a great networking event. Your company will have the chance to greet attendees and exhibitors alike at the welcome event for the conference and provide them with a drink ticket, compliments of your company.

Notepad & Pen – $2,500
Having your company’s logo on the notepad and pens provided to attendees prior to the educational seminars is a highly visible way of demonstrating your commitment to the industry. You’ll also be providing a valuable resource for attendees to use as they take notes throughout the presentation and then take with them after the conference concludes. Sponsorship includes pre and post-show attendee list.

Keynote Sponsorship (select 1 of 3 available) – $1,750
Your company will receive prominent recognition online, in printed show materials, and on event signage as a sponsor of one of three keynote presentations. The keynote speaker will be selected by Southeast Councils. Sponsorship includes access to the pre- and post-show attendee lists.

Sponsored table at Lunch & Learn – $1,250
By sponsoring a table at the Lunch & Learn on Saturday, Nov. 14, your company will receive event access for one representative, who will have the opportunity to engage directly with attendees seated at the table. Sponsorship also includes access to the pre- and post-show attendee lists.

Conference Wi-Fi - $2,000
Every attendee will receive a Wi-Fi access card featuring your company’s branding. As the sponsor, you can even choose the network password. Sponsorship also includes access to the pre- and post-show attendee lists.

Donation

Donations are being accepted on behalf of the Southeast Chapters and Councils to provide funds to the state chapters for their efforts to provide educational opportunities to their members. 100% of all donations will go to the Chapters. Any amount will make a meaningful difference to the group and your donation will proudly be recognized onsite at the event.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment and Cancellation Policies:

Booth Payment(s):
Payment methods for exhibit booth reservations include credit cards or payment by check. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice being issued.

Refund policy:

All booth space cancellations or reductions in space must be in writing. If cancellation is received 91 days or more prior to the event, a refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee will be made. No refunds will be made for contracts cancelled 90 days or less before the event. If a purchase order (terms net 20) is issued, this will be considered the same as cash, and all rules regarding the refund policy will apply. In the event of cancellation/withdrawal, MD Publishing shall have the right to use said space to suit its own convenience, including selling the space to another exhibitor, without any rebate or allowance to the canceled exhibitor.
