Attire for Dinner: Business Casual
Registration Includes: Golf, Use of Range, Carts and Locker Room; all Fees, Bar, Tips, Lunch, Celebration Dinner
Dress Code: Collared golf shirt/sport shirt tucked in and slacks or Bermuda-type shorts for males. Comparable attire is appropriate for females. All Golfers must wear golf shoes with soft spikes. Metal golf spikes and jeans are not permitted.

All payments are net 30 days from the date of registration.
As this is a charitable event, we refrain from issuing refunds. Substitution of golfers is permitted.
When you support the DFI Educational Trust with your tax deductible contributions, you are helping young students discover the rewards of a career in the deep foundations industry. The DFI Educational Trust is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
Images of individuals may be captured by the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) and the DFI Educational Trust during events/activities organized and hosted by DFI using still photography, video or any other medium. DFI reserves the right to use such images on DFI's websites, in Deep Foundations magazine, in newsletters and/or other publicity material. By registering and/or participating in a DFI event/activity, the persons whose images are captured during such an event consent to the use of said images by DFI as described above.
By registering for this event, I also agree to receive email from DFI and the DFI Educational Trust relating to its events, membership, and publications as well as newsletters, updates, and other announcements.
