Cancellations must be made in writing and include attendee's name, address, registration badge, and course tickets. A 20% administrative fee is assessed on all refunds or cancellations. No refunds will be given after the stated refund deadline regardless of reason including, but not limited to death, illness, or acts of God. Refunds are processed four weeks after completion of the conference.

You will receive one C.E. credit for each hour of lecture time. At the beginning and conclusion of each session, a unique code will be scanned. The unique code will verify attendance and serve as your C.E. credit. During the conference, a C.E. form for all attendees can be picked up from the registration area or from one of the room monitors. Please refer any additional requests or questions to the C.E. desk, which will be located at the registration area. After the conclusion of the conference, NO other verification of attendance will be available.
Yes. The conference invites dentists, hygienists, technicians, and any additional staff members to attend.

A registered dentist's spouse/guest will be $55 before March 14, after that date, the fee will be $80. For a registered dentist's family member under the age of 18, there is no charge, but the child must be registered to attend the meeting. NO STROLLERS are allowed in the Exhibit Hall. All guests must wear an identification badge at all times.
