• Full Conference & Trade Show registration grants access to all education sessions, keynote presentations, the Safety & Leadership Awards breakfast, and all conference and trade show receptions. Walking the trade show floor is complimentary, but all attendees must register and wear a badge for entry. A la carte fees apply for these events for Exhibitors and Trade Show ONLY Attendees: Women’s Networking Reception, Conference Reception at Marriott Marquis Texas Pool, Safety & Leadership Awards Breakfast, and Closing Keynote (James Stavridis)  Luncheon. Single-day conference registration is not available, and all attendees must be at least 18 years old. We look forward to seeing you there!

It has come to our attention that unauthorized third parties are contacting exhibitors, potential exhibitors, and attendees, falsely offering discounts on registration and hotels or claiming to have attendee, exhibitor, and ILTA member lists available for purchase.
