DISH is preparing the IHS Retreat so participants feel safe and comfortable throughout the event. We’re monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and will continue to update and communicate here the safety precautions that will be taken as health guidelines evolve. Your health and well-being are important to us.

All participants attending the IHS Retreat will be required to provide, upon arrival at the hotel (DISH registration), proof of full vaccination (at least two weeks after receiving the final dose of a COVID-19 vaccination including Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech or J&J/Janssen) or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of your departure flight to Louisville. Types of negative COVID-19 tests accepted will be lab-based PCR (molecular) or lab-based Rapid (antigen). Note: At-home Rapid tests will not be accepted.

Before Leaving Home:

• Follow relevant guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC): CDC Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)
• Adhere to government-issued travel restrictions and guidance issued by the region you will be traveling to and the region you are traveling from.
• Evaluate your own health and that of people you are in close contact with.
• Stay home if you feel sick.

What to Expect On-Site:

• Masks are encouraged for all participants. Please bring your own. If you forget your mask, we’ll have some extras on hand. We’ll provide local guidelines on masks, if any, as the event approaches.
• Hand sanitizer stations will be positioned throughout the event.
• There will be increased sanitation in meeting rooms and high-traffic areas.
