Speaker Bio

I’m a founding healthcare executive who builds organizations, care models, and markets in complex, highly regulated environments.

I currently serve as VP at Deon Health, a startup purpose-built to improve outcomes for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). From the earliest days, I’ve partnered with our Founder to translate a bold vision into a scalable Model of Care, operating framework, and multi-market growth strategy.

Over the past 20+ years, my work has spanned Medicaid managed care, enterprise growth, and startup execution. I’ve led and contributed to multi-state Medicaid, Dual Eligible, and ACA procurements representing billions in annual spend — including first-of-their-kind integrated RFPs — and have helped organizations move from concept through go-live with rigor, credibility, and purpose.

Prior to Deon Health, I held senior leadership roles at Elevance Health, including within the national Growth organization, where I led provider network, value-based, and rural access strategies for complex state procurements. I’ve also owned quality strategy for Indiana Medicaid, helping achieve a 4-Star NCQA rating and recover $78M in quality withhold.

I’m known for building structure in ambiguity, aligning diverse stakeholders, and designing systems that balance innovation with accountability — especially for populations that have historically been underserved.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom to two sons, including a U.S. Marine Corps recruit and a junior at Indiana University. Those roles keep my leadership grounded in service, resilience, and perspective.

I care deeply about building mission-driven healthcare organizations — and leadership cultures — where impact, integrity, and humanity coexist.
