Tim Allen is the Executive Director of the Allen County/Fort Wayne Consolidated Communications Partnership (CCP), the agency that receives and dispatches every 911 call for Fort Wayne and Allen County. He took the role in January 2026 after more than six years as Director of Combined Dispatch for Huntington County. Tim also brings a perspective few 911 leaders have: he serves as President of the Board of School Trustees for Huntington County Community Schools, where he has been a trustee since 2017. When it comes to connecting schools and 911, he's seen both sides.
