Description

Teacher shortages in rural and underserved Indiana districts are putting untrained adults in classrooms overnight—often without student teaching or classroom management experience.

This session shows how AI can bridge that gap. You will learn to build realistic simulation chatbots that let teachers practice classroom management and let administrators rehearse tough conversations—safely, effectively, and without impacting real students.

No AI experience needed—just come ready to explore practical, high-impact solutions.

Objectives:

Educators will be able to apply the benefit of using AI as a simulator for any position they are in.

Educators will be able to build their own simulator through their own AI interface.

Educators will be able to practice and tweak their AI simulators for their specific needs.
