Chris Newgaard is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience in the information technology industry, 17 of which have been in leadership roles. Since joining Zayo Education in 2016, Chris has played a key role in driving operational excellence and service reliability. Starting as a Manager within the CTAC/Service Assurance Team, he was promoted to Senior Manager in 2021 and currently serves as Director as of October 2023.

Throughout his career, Chris has demonstrated a strong commitment to team development, operational efficiency, and customer-focused service delivery. With a deep understanding of IT operations and a passion for empowering teams, he continues to lead strategic initiatives that support Zayo Education’s mission and growth
