Rissi Scott is an elementary teacher-turned secondary instructional coach dedicated to fostering leadership and learning within her school district. She loves to collaborate with others in her own growth and empower others to grow as leaders in education.
A lifelong resident of Indiana, Rissi and her husband, Ryan, who is also a teacher, have chosen to remain in the Hoosier State as they raise three children of their own. She is a proud alumna of Anderson University and has devoted her entire educational career to serving the Anderson community.
Outside of her professional role, she enjoys supporting her husband during his coaching, enthusiastically attending her children's events, and relaxing with a good book (inside with a cozy blanket or outside by any body of water).
