Your booth is booked, and now it is time to register the team who will bring it to life at FENCETECH 2027! Anyone who will work in your booth or needs access to the Exhibit Hall during move-in or move-out must register through this Exhibitor Registration Portal as either Exhibitor Booth Personnel or an Exhibitor Full Package registrant.​

Register Through the Exhibitor Portal​
Everyone working in your booth must register through the   to receive exhibitor credentials.​

Attendee badges do not include access to the Exhibit Hall during move-in or move-out or to the Exhibitor Lounge.​​

Booth staff who also want access to education and FENCETECH events should register through the exhibitor portal and select the Exhibitor Full Package.​

NEW! Exhibitor Lounge​
New for 2027, exhibitors will have a dedicated place to recharge during the show! Open during published Exhibit Hall hours, the Exhibitor Lounge offers a quiet space to step away from the show floor, charge devices, catch up on work or take a break. Food and beverages will also be available for purchase. Access is included with both Exhibitor Booth Personnel and Exhibitor Full Package badges.​

Choose the Right Package for Each Team Member

Exhibitor Booth Personnel | $50 after your complimentary allotment​
A great fit for team members who will primarily be working in your booth. This badge includes:​

• Access during exhibitor move-in and move-out​
• Access during all published Exhibit Hall hours​
• Access to the new Exhibitor Lounge​

Your booth includes an allotted number of complimentary Exhibitor Booth Personnel registrations. This is your complimentary allotment, not a limit on how many people you may register. Once your complimentary badges have been used, you may continue adding Exhibitor Booth Personnel for $50 per person. Please register everyone who will be working in your booth, even if your team exceeds your complimentary allotment.​
 

Exhibitor Full Package | $500​

Exhibitor Full Package | $675

The best choice for team members who will work in your booth and want to take advantage of the complete FENCETECH experience. This package includes:​

• All Full Package education, meals and included events​
• Early Exhibit Hall access for booth personnel​
• Access during exhibitor move-in and move-out​
• Access during all published Exhibit Hall hours​
• Access to the new Exhibitor Lounge​

Exhibitor Full Package registrations do not count against your complimentary Booth Personnel allotment. This allows you to reserve your complimentary badges for team members who primarily need booth access while registering other members of your team for the complete event experience.​

How to Register Your Team​

1. Begin by registering yourself or another member of your company as the primary registration contact. Select their package, enter your unique Exhibitor Invitation Code and complete their information.​
2. At the end of the first registration, continue to the “Add A Booth Staff Member” to add the rest of your booth team.​
3. Select a package and enter your Exhibitor Invitation Code again for each additional person you register. Your code must be entered separately for every registrant and will not automatically carry over to additional attendees.​

Keep Your Registration Codes Separate​

Your company-specific Exhibitor Invitation Code is for registering your booth team and should not be shared with customers or prospects.​

Your separate Customer Exhibits-Only Code allows you to invite an unlimited number of customers and prospects to FENCETECH 2027 at no cost. The complimentary Exhibits-Only badge includes three days of Exhibit Hall access, the Opening Keynote, SIG Reception, Pickets and Pitches, and the Industry Excellence Awards.

Share your customer code and registration link with customers and prospects so they can attend at no cost.

Note: Customer Exhibits-Only codes cannot be used for booth personnel.
