Steve boasts over 35 years of staffing industry experience. He was recently appointed as the Chairperson of the Board of International Esperanza Project (IEP), a Dallas-based nonprofit whose mission is to inspire hope in people in developing countries through healthcare and community infrastructure and education projects.

Steve also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the American Staffing Association, a member of the Healthcare Leadership Council which is a coalition of chief executives from all disciplines within American healthcare. and is a past Chair for the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations.
