Michelle started her travel nursing career in 2003 and spent 7 years full-time in an RV working around the country. She attended the first TravCon in 2008, immediately fell in love with it, and has been one of the principal organizers of the conference ever since.

Obtaining her BSN in British Columbia, Canada, Michelle has worked in various areas including long term care facilities, Med-Surg & ENT units, Cardiac ICUs, ERs and general ICUs around the country.
