Melanie began her career in ICU and eventually moved to home care where she met her business partner, Joanie Reneer. She became a part-owner of Riverfront Home Health, and after 10 years, opened Medical Staffing Solutions, LLC. In 2003, the two single mothers bought out their partners and became a 100% Woman-Owned and 100% Nurse-Owned business. Digging in their heels, Melanie and Joanie expanded their per diem staffing services to include therapy, pharmacy, and allied health & government facility services. Having experience in both the clinical and business side of the industry, their goal is to help travelers be prepared and successful in their assignments.
