It is critically important to be able to distinguish between reasonable expectations as a travel nurse versus times when it may be acceptable to cut your contract short. This session will teach you the importance of understanding all of your options when facing challenging situations on assignment and how to leave gracefully with the support of your company if necessary. It took me thirteen contracts to hit one where I *truly* felt that my license was in danger, and I was able to leave as gracefully as possible thanks to communication and support from my company
