Kristi has worked in the recycling industry for over 12 years. After working for Actual Systems since 2005, she joined URG in 2011 and is currently the Director of Business Development. Kristi received a B.S. from St. Cloud State University and an M.S. from Colorado Technical University. Her main focus is to expand and improve URG’s programs and benefits. Seeing first-hand how much technology has changed in the industry she is passionate about helping recyclers achieve their full potential.
