Paul D’Adamo has been in the Auto Recycling business for 27 years. Former owners of Bill’s Auto Parts in Cumberland, RI, Paul and wife Lynn sold their business to a national company in 2013.

He and Lynn are the owners of Recycling Growth, a consulting, coaching, and training company that serves the auto recycling industry providing practical tools auto recyclers need to run their businesses efficiently and profitably.

Paul’s expertise includes Inventory, Sales, Human Resources, Operations, Team Building, Pay for Performance, and Safety. Paul is also looking to provide innovative Management Communication, Leadership and Public Speaking Training to Auto Recyclers.

Paul also provides outreach to the industry by speaking at state and national trade shows and conventions. He is also currently serving as Associate Lecturer at Curry College and Speech Consultant at Babson College.
