PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY

PAYMENT BY CHECK: Payments for all registrations must be made before the next rate increase. If you register on the last day of the advertised rate, you must pay the same day (postmarked). Your registration rate will increase if payment is not received by the advertised deadline for each rate. Payment by checks must be made by June 2, 2023, or registration(s) will be cancelled.

 PAYMENT WITH A PURCHASE ORDER (PO): Payment with a purchase order will be charged a non-refundable $25 processing and administrative fee to complete registration(s). Purchase order payments must be made by June 2, 2023, or registration(s) will be cancelled.

 REFUND POLICY: A No Refund Policy will be effective starting July 1, 2023. There is a $25.00 processing and administrative fee (for each registration) for all requested refunds before July 1, 2023. All cancellations after June 30, 2023, will not be refunded or reimbursed.
