PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY
PAYMENT BY CHECK: Payments for all registrations must be made prior to the next rate increase. If you register on the last day of the advertised rate, you must pay the same day (postmarked). Your registration rate will increase if payment is not received by the advertised deadline of each rate. Payment by checks must be made by February 11, 2022, or registration(s) will be cancelled.
PAYMENT WITH A PURCHASE ORDER (PO): Payment with a purchase order will be charged a non-refundable $25 processing and administrative fee to complete registration(s). Purchase order payments must be made by February 11, 2022, or registration(s) will be cancelled.
REFUND POLICY: A No Refund Policy will be in effect starting February 18, 2022. There is a $25.00 processing and administrative fee (for each registration) for all requested refunds prior to February 19, 2022. All cancellations after February 18, 2022, will not be refunded or reimbursed.
