PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY

PAYMENT BY CHECK: Payments for all registrations must be made prior to the next rate increase. If you register on the last day of the advertised rate, you must pay the same day (postmarked). Your registration rate will increase if payment is not received by the advertised deadline of each rate. All unpaid registrations will be cancelled on May 31, 2021.

 

PAYMENT WITH A PURCHASE ORDER (PO): Payment with a purchase order will be charged a non-refundable $25 processing and administrative fee to complete registration(s). Purchase order payments must be made by June 11, 2021 or registration(s) will be cancelled.

 

REFUND POLICY: A No Refund Policy will be in effect starting July 1, 2021. There is a $25.00 processing and administrative fee (for each registration) for all requested refunds prior to June 30, 2021. All cancellations after June 30, 2021, will not be refunded or reimbursed.
