John has worked in the Property and Casualty industry in various company positions since the mid 1980’s.

Since joining CNA in the Chicago Home Office in 1997, John has held various roles including program management, product automation, training and development, marketing, underwriting and staff development.

In 2000, John joined CNA’s Aging Services Underwriting team, assuming various regional and national underwriting positions over the years. John’s current position is Industry Leader, which is national in scope. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the underwriting referral process, developing new products to meet the needs of the evolving Aging Services market, guiding the Aging Services team to execute strategic plans and initiatives, and serving as a trusted advisor to internal and external customers.
