Currently serving as the Regional Director of Resident Experience for Sinceri Senior Living, Justina is dedicated to enhancing quality of life for seniors through innovative, purposeful, and enriching programming. A certified Activity Consultant (AC-BC) and a Certified Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease Care Trainer (CADDCT), Justina brings specialized expertise in dementia care and resident engagement. She holds a master’s degree in Strategic Communications (MSC), which informs her approach to creating meaningful connections within senior communities.
