Lexi Zager is a highly accomplished financial professional with a career in senior living spanning from commercial real estate investment sales to development/owner/operating companies. Specializing in financial planning, sales & marketing development, analytics, and business intelligence, she currently serves as the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis at Belmont Village Senior Living, driving profitability and optimizing operational performance. Outside of work, she actively contributes to the community, co-founding the Texas Assisted Living Association's Young Professionals Network and currently serving as Neighborhood Outreach Assistant Chair for the Junior League of Houston, a leadership role that actively helps oversee their Sing Along with Seniors placement. She also holds a BA from New York University.
