Paul works closely with senior living leaders to design HR solutions that support business goals. Paul has 13 years of experience building and delivering data analytics solutions. Paul previously founded and led Clarent, a business intelligence software solution built for senior living owners and operators. Clarent was acquired by Procare in spring 2024 and Paul joined the Procare team as Head of Sales & Marketing to bring data-driven insights to the people side of the senior living business. Prior to Clarent, Paul worked at Palantir (big data analytics) for 7 years and helped scale the company from start-up to IPO, supporting customers, ops, finance, and the CFO & COO. Paul lives in Houston with his wife and young daughter.
