Currently, she is the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at The Aspenwood Company, where she oversees the delivery of high-quality care and ensures the well-being of residents.

As a board-certified gerontological nurse, Gwen combines her clinical expertise with a strong academic foundation, holding an MBA in healthcare management. This unique blend of skills enables her to navigate the complexities of healthcare administration effectively.
