Amanda Daughters was first introduced to senior living when her grandfather moved to a skilled nursing facility, sparking a lifelong connection to the industry. Amanda earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota and worked outside of the sector before returning to the senior living field in 2010.

Drawn to Primrose’s mission-focused culture, Amanda began her journey with the company in sales and marketing, later transitioning into operations. Over the course of 14 years, she has been committed to driving growth through new development and acquisitions, helping expand Primrose’s reach.

In 2023, Amanda became Executive Vice President of Operations, where she remains deeply committed to advancing excellence in care, culture, and community. With a strong foundation of trust and respect, she leads with a focus on empowering others and fostering an environment of growth and innovation. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys reading, spending time with her grandkids, and traveling.
