We have made the very difficult decision to postpone Expo 2020.

First and foremost, the health and safety of our customers, employees, and vendor partners are of utmost concern. While good habits and common sense will reduce the chances of contracting the COVID-19 virus, the spread of this illness is out of our control. 

In addition, we have heard from both customers and vendors that participation is not permitted due to health concerns.

Being faced with reduced customer and vendor participation as well as the risk of illness for all in attendance, we feel the most responsible course of action is to postpone. 

We have already begun looking at alternate approaches and exploring other options for sharing the information and training you would have received at Expo 2020.

If you reserved a guest room, the Hershey Lodge reservation team will take care of canceling your reservations in the Schaedler Yesco room block. At the time of booking, guests were charged a deposit. All deposits will be refunded. If you added stay nights outside of the block, please be sure to contact reservations to be sure they cancel your entire stay.
