This course will review and discuss the basic clinical background, and the most common uses of MRI for the practicing optometrist (most commonly stroke). This course is intended to be largely an introductory course to MRI neuroimaging for optometrists who are wanting to get more comfortable ordering and reviewing their own patients' MRI scans. The presenter's approach to MRI interpretation along with several real case examples are included to apply covered lecture concepts.
