Correctly coding and billing of insurance companies is important to the financial wellbeing of a practice. This course explores ways to implement policies and procedures to communicate with the patient between an encounter billed to their vision plan or their medical insurance. We will also explore the most commonly used modifiers, codes and when to correctly use them. Suggestions will also be made for how to make sure you are receiving best possible reimbursement.
