Exhibitor Participant - $300.00

Exhibitors are welcome to schedule events before or after the conference. Any events scheduled for Monday, June 10, or Tuesday, June 11, require express written consent from the SEAA Board of Directors.

Exhibitor Meeting Agreement

I understand that failure to seek consent may result in my organization being removed from the 2024 conference and barred from all future SEAA conferences.

Please Note:

SEAA assigns table locations at the close of registration. Exhibitors’ table locations are determined based on sponsorship level and the number of years exhibiting at the annual SEAA event. SEAA makes every effort to ensure competing Exhibitors are not placed next to one another.
