David Lebowitz has been Executive Vice-President at Watch Hill Capital (“WHC”) since its inception in 2016. WHC was a spin off from G&L Realty, a pioneering entity in healthcare real estate. Mr. Lebowitz was at G&L Realty from 2006-2016. WHC is a family office that specializes in the ownership of healthcare real estate and manages a public securities portfolio.
Since 2008, he’s been the principal managing member of a joint venture (“JV”) with Signature Behavioral Healthcare Services (aka Aurora Behavioral). The JV focuses on acquisitions, development and ownership of free standing behavioral hospitals. Mr. Lebowitz has overseen the acquisition and development of 1000 beds. He also has experience in the management and development of medical office buildings.
Mr. Lebowitz is currently a Board Member at UCLA Resnick Psychiatric Hospital and Maccabi USA Sports.
He received a Bachelor of Science from Tulane University. David is a Southern California native and enjoys spending his free time with his family, golfing, skiing and following the LA sports seen.
