Erik Tellefson is the Managing Director of Capital One Healthcare Medical Office/Medical Properties Loan Originations segment. During his twenty year commercial real estate lending and twelve year career at GE Capital and now with Capital One, he has focused on Medical Office/Medical Property transactions first in risk and now leading business development and has experience with originations, structuring, valuation, and underwriting.
Since 2011, Mr. Tellefson has originated 500+ Medical Office, Medical Properties and Life Science transactions for $10B+ in loan commitments utilizing Capital One’s MOB value propositions of healthcare expertise, structure and flexibility, risk adjusted pricing, on balance sheet relationship lending, certainty of execution, and the ability to align Capital One debt with borrower’s business plans offering bespoke financing solutions ranging from middle market single assets to large portfolios.
