Mindy Berman is the Managing Director and Practice Lead for JLL’s Healthcare Capital Markets Group. She is responsible for developing and executing capital strategies and requirements for investor and provider clients for healthcare real estate. With over 30 years of corporate finance experience, Ms. Berman has advised and arranged over $10 billion of healthcare assets involving investment sales, developer build-to-suits and financing and has built relationships with a multitude of capital sources. Prior to joining JLL, Mindy held leadership positions at 42 North Structured Finance, KeyCorp and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi. She received an MBA from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University and is a member of HFMA, ULI, the Advisory Board of Revista and Healthcare Real Estate Insights.
