This course will provide participants with a review of oral and maxillofacial lesions most likely to be encountered during the practice of dentistry. Multiple topics with varied etiologies will be presented. Both soft and hard tissue pathology will be discussed. Numerous clinical and radiographic images will be utilized to illustrate relevant features. While not necessarily common, oral cancer will be included given the consequences of not recognizing this diagnosis.
